These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your download and use of Dual Play (the "App"), a mobile game application published by Md. Risul Islam Munna ("I", "me", "my"), based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Licence to use the App

I grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not transfer any ownership in the App to you.

2. What you may not do

• Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the App, except where this is expressly permitted by law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or attempt to extract its source code, except to the limited extent applicable law expressly allows.
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the App.
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notices in the App.
• Use the App to break any law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any device, network, or service — including other players' devices during local multiplayer.
• Use automated means, cheats, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer, or otherwise abuse, harass, or harm other players (including through the in-match voice feature).

3. Distribution through app stores

The App is distributed through the Google Play Store. Your download and use of the App is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and any other terms of the store you obtained it from. If there is a conflict between those store terms and these Terms as they relate to the store's own rights, the store terms prevail for that limited purpose.

4. Local multiplayer and voice chat

The App can discover and connect to other players on the same local Wi-Fi network or hotspot, and can enable optional voice chat between connected devices. You are responsible for your own conduct on these connections. Only enable local network and microphone access on networks and with people you trust. The microphone is off by default and you can turn voice chat off at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how these features handle data.

5. Advertising

The App is free and is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Advertisements are provided by third parties, and I do not endorse and am not responsible for the content of any ad or any website or product it links to. Your interaction with advertisers is solely between you and them. Ad providers may process certain device and usage data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The App — including its code, design, artwork, animations, text, the "Dual Play" name and logo, and its selection and arrangement of content — is owned by me and is protected by intellectual-property laws. The underlying games (Tic Tac Toe, Ludo, Dots and Boxes, and Bagh-Bandi) are traditional games in the public domain; my rights are in this particular implementation and presentation of them, not in the abstract rules of the games themselves.

7. Third-party services

The App uses third-party services including Google AdMob (advertising) and Google Firebase (analytics and crash reporting). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. I am not responsible for the practices of these third parties beyond my own configuration of their services.

8. Updates and availability

I may release updates, and may add, change, or remove features (including games, modes, or the multiplayer and voice features) at any time. I may also suspend or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, without liability to you. I do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. I do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, that defects will be corrected, or that the App or your device will be free of harm arising from its use. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or device functionality, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total aggregate liability relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App, which for a free app is zero. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms.

12. Children

The App does not require an account and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are below the age of majority in your jurisdiction, please use the App with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

13. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. When I do, I will change the "Last updated" date above and post the revised Terms at this URL. Significant changes may also be signalled in the App or its store listing. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
