Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the Bricks Crusher mobile game app (the "App"), published by Md. Risul Islam Munna ("I", "me", "my") of Dhaka, Bangladesh, handles information. It applies to the App only, not to this website's host or to any third-party site the App or its ads may link to. The App is available for Android on Google Play; any pre-release or test builds shared for testing follow the same practices described here.
The short version. Bricks Crusher has no accounts and no login. Your progress, Diamonds, power-ups, skins and settings stay on your device. The App is free and is designed to be supported by Google AdMob rewarded ads that you choose to watch in return for a bonus. On launch it downloads a small public configuration file from this website to power the in-app What's New feed and the Check for Updates option, and it may ask permission to send optional push notifications (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) for the same kind of announcements — you can decline or turn these off at any time. It does not use a separate analytics or crash-reporting service, and does not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, microphone or precise location.
1. Information stored only on your device
The App stores the following in its local storage on your device:
- your level progress — which levels you have unlocked and completed, your stars and best scores;
- your in-game balances and items — diamonds, Split and Burst power-ups, and unlocked ball and paddle skins;
- your daily-reward and Lucky Wheel state (for example, which day of the 6-day cycle you are on and how many free spins remain today) and a record of rewards already granted, so a reward is never granted twice;
- your settings (for example the aim guide and vibration options);
- whether you have already been asked for notification permission (see section 5), so you are not asked repeatedly; and
- a copy of the last configuration file and announcements downloaded from this website (see section 4).
This information is not sent to me or to any server I operate, and is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data. "Reset progress" in Settings erases your level results.
2. Advertising — Google AdMob
The App is free. It is designed to offer rewarded ads served through Google AdMob, a Google service — for example, an optional ad you can watch after finishing a level, after collecting a daily reward, or in the Store, to receive an extra bonus. Watching a rewarded ad is always your choice; it is never required to play, to progress, or to receive the normal reward. If no ad is available, nothing is lost and you can simply continue.
To show and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process information such as:
- your device's advertising identifier;
- general device information (model, operating-system version, language, mobile network/country);
- coarse, non-precise location inferred from your IP address; and
- ad interaction data (that an ad was shown, viewed, or tapped).
This processing is carried out by Google as described in the "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services" page and the Google Privacy Policy. Where required (for example for users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), a consent choice is presented through Google's User Messaging Platform before personalised ads are shown. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalisation under Settings → Google → Ads.
Pre-release or internal test builds of the App may use Google's official test ads or a simulated ad, in which case no advertising data is collected.
3. Analytics and crash reporting
The App does not include a third-party usage-analytics or crash-reporting SDK such as Google Analytics for Firebase or Firebase Crashlytics. It does not send events describing how you play to me or to any analytics service. The only aggregate measurement is Google's own reporting of ad requests and impressions as part of the AdMob service in section 2. If such a tool is added in a future version, this policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosure will be updated before that version is released.
4. What's New, update checks and the configuration file
Each time it starts, the App downloads a small public configuration file from https://games.munna.dev (this website, a static site). That file carries the text, image links and optional links of announcements shown in the in-app What's New feed, plus the current app version used by Check for Updates. This is a one-way download: the App sends no personal data, identifiers or usage information in the request. As with any web request, the site's static host and its content-delivery network may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, timestamp and user-agent string); those logs are handled by the hosting provider and are not used by me to identify or track you. Announcement images are cached on your device so they still display offline. Nothing interrupts your play — announcements appear only inside the What's New screen.
The region of your device's language settings (for example "US") is used on the device itself to decide which announcements to show; it is not sent anywhere.
5. Push notifications — Firebase Cloud Messaging
The App can send optional push notifications using Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), a Google service. The first time this matters, the App asks your device's standard permission to show notifications; if you decline, or later turn notifications off in your device settings, the App keeps working exactly the same — nothing in gameplay depends on them.
If permission is granted, the App subscribes to a single shared notification topic used for the same kind of announcement shown in the in-app What's New feed (see section 4) — for example, news about a new level batch or feature. Tapping a notification opens that announcement inside the App; it never sends you anywhere else. There is no per-player targeting: because the App has no accounts, a notification cannot be aimed at you individually, only at everyone subscribed to the topic.
To deliver this, Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging service generates and holds a device registration token — a technical identifier for your install of the App, not your name or account. This token, along with basic delivery data (was the notification received, was it opened), is processed by Google as described in the Firebase privacy and security page and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke notification permission at any time in your device's App settings; uninstalling the App also ends it.
6. Links, sharing and the in-app browser
The About section of the App opens this website's pages (Website, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Help & Support) in an in-app browser tab provided by your device. "Share Bricks Crusher" opens your device's standard share sheet with a short message and a link; what you share and with whom is your choice, and nothing is sent to me. Links may lead to content operated by third parties, whose privacy practices I do not control.
7. Information the App does not collect
- Your name, email address, or phone number.
- Your contacts, photos, files, calendar, or SMS.
- Microphone or camera data.
- Precise GPS location.
- Account credentials or payment information (the App has no accounts and no in-app purchases).
- Any profile that identifies you, and no tracking of you across other apps or websites by me.
8. How information is used
- To run the game, remember your progress, rewards and preferences.
- To show optional rewarded ads that keep the App free (via Google AdMob).
- To show What's New announcements and to tell you when an update is available (via the configuration file).
- To deliver optional push notifications for the same announcements, if you have allowed them (via Firebase Cloud Messaging).
I do not sell your information, and I do not use it for any purpose beyond those listed above.
9. Data retention
On-device data persists until you delete it, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App. Data processed by Google AdMob or Firebase Cloud Messaging is retained according to Google's own retention policies, linked above. Server logs kept by this website's static host are retained under that provider's policy.
10. Your choices
- Ads: you choose whether to watch any rewarded ad. Reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalisation in your device's Google settings; where a consent prompt is shown, you can decline personalised ads.
- Push notifications: decline or later disable them at any time in your device's notification settings for the App.
- Progress data: use Settings → Reset progress in the App, or clear the App's data in your device settings.
- Everything: uninstall the App to stop all processing.
11. Children's privacy
The App does not require an account and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising is configured to request non-personalised or age-appropriate ads where required by Google Play's Families policy and applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact me and I will address it.
12. International users
The App is operated from Bangladesh. Google's advertising services process data on infrastructure located in various countries. By using the App you understand that data handled by those services may be processed outside your country of residence, subject to Google's safeguards.
13. Google Play Data safety
This policy is intended to be consistent with the App's Data safety disclosure on its Google Play listing. In summary, the data that leaves your device is limited to: device and other identifiers plus coarse, IP-derived location that Google uses to serve and measure ads (Google AdMob); and, if you allow notifications, a device registration token used by Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver them. The App does not send your progress, Diamonds or settings anywhere, and no analytics or crash-logging tool is integrated. Nothing is linked to your identity by me, and nothing is sold.
14. Changes to this policy
I may update this policy as the App changes — for example, if a feature is added or a third-party service changes. When I do, I will update the "Last updated" date above and post the new version at this URL. Material changes may also be noted in the App or its store listing.
